I love this idea. Simply because at the begging, the client wanted to do just a product demo ad. But we convinced them to end up doing this ad. At the beginning the client was nervous and told us: “if they fired me, you guys hire me at your agency”. We agreed and commit. The payoff was great. The campaign was such a success that our client was promoted. The sad part of the story was that the following year, without our biggest supporter on the client side, we ended up doing a very straight forward product demo ad.
The campaign was recognized winning the Best Hispanic Campaign of the year at the ANA Awards that year.
